Marcia Matheny

Administration and Finance Assistant

Marcia Matheny joined the staff in 1991 after being a part of the team that started SCC in 1985.  During her tenure, she has managed all aspects of church operations, including human resources, the facility (including multiple building additions), and finance. After more than 25 years in this role, she shifted to a part-time, support position in 2018. Working three days a week allows Marcia more time with her husband, Mark, and to visit her two children and their families living in Denver and North Carolina. Marcia regularly blesses the SCC family through hearty, home-cooked meals for our Wednesday courses and other special events.
